Classic Seafood Dishes at Rick Stein’s Cookery School
There’s really only one place for seafood lovers to hone their craft; Rick Stein’s eponymous Padstow cookery school. On this full-day course, you’ll learn to prepare and cook some of the most popular fish and seafood dishes, as well as accompaniments like simple hollandaise sauce. It’s priced at £225 and runs on 15 February, 17 March, 25 May and 15 July 2023.
