With dedicated, state-of-the-art kitchens, a culinary herb garden and aiming for zero waste, the College of Naturopathic Medicine (est. 1998) Natural Chef/Vegan Natural Chef ICSA-accredited Diploma courses meet this growing demand. Benefitting from CNM’s 22-year track record of training successful professionals in natural health, Natural Chef students are taught to prepare delicious gourmet meals that focus on nutritional value, using whole, organic, fresh, and minimally-processed foods, procured in season.

Natural Chef Cookery Courses are available as short half and full day cookery courses, through to their intense industry Diploma courses covering: Naturopathic Nutrition; Herbal Medicine; Acupuncture; Homeopathy and the Natural Chef range. The first CNM Natural Chef course was launched in 2015 followed by Vegan Natural Chef in 2017.
As the demand for non-toxic, ethical and organic food is on the rise and in a growing ethically consuming market, there is an increasing need for Chefs able to represent these values in their culinary practice.

Professionals such as a Nutritionists, Naturopaths, Nurses, Herbalists or Fitness Instructors can use their CNM Natural Chef title as an adjunct to develop their existing business.
