The Bertinet Kitchen Cookery School runs courses and masterclasses covering a myriad of culinary specialities, focusing on artisan bread and baking, located in the centre of historic Bath.

Owned and run by French baker and chef Richard Bertinet, the school offers a range of relaxed and fun courses for food lovers of all abilities and specialist baking and bread making courses for amateurs and professionals alike. Courses are led by celebrated French founder Richard Bertinet and his team of professional tutors and guest chefs; Richard is a regular on judging panels, at food festivals and with TV appearances including Saturday Kitchen and James Martin. Along with the school’s accomplished kitchen team, the school has a top-notch roster of acclaimed regular chefs including Leith’s-trained Spanish cooking expert Jenny Chandler, Italian food expert Valentina Harris and chocolate and pâtisserie expert Lucie Bennett.

The Bertinet Kitchen cookery school was opened in 2005, and is located on St Andrews Terrace, close to iconic landmark, the King’s Circus in the heart of Bath.
