Whether individuals are seasoned home cooks or novices in the kitchen, The Gordon Ramsay Academy has them covered. And now with two sites to choose from including his original Cookery Academy in Woking, Surrey, and soon to open his stunning location on the 58th Floor of 22 Bishopsgate in Central London!

Michelin-starred chef, global TV star, cookbook author, restauranteur and businessman, Gordon is hugely respected as one of the greatest names in the culinary world. The original Academy in Woking is founded on Gordon’s vision of making cooking accessible to everyone and he drops by whenever he can, although doesn’t get to host a class very often!

Gordon has always been passionate about sharing his love of food and the Gordon Ramsay Academy is where this is brought to life. His second Academy will bring a cutting-edge feel to cooking classes – powered by the unique hybrid cookware technology of HexClad and located on the 58th floor of a London skyscraper, the Gordon Ramsay Academy, is really one of a kind.

EPIC VIEWS FROM THE 58TH FLOOR

Guests will be able to travel at 8 metres per second in Europe’s fastest lifts to reach the 58th floor, over 250m above the rest of London. Gordon will also open his Lucky Cat brand on level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate, London’s tallest office building, offering an Asian-inspired menu with 360-degree views of the city, in February.

The venue will extend to the Lucky Cat Roof Terrace for cocktails and entertainment on the rooftop until 3am.

Gordon Ramsay said he ‘could not wait to share this unique dining experience’ with guests.

Level 60 will also feature a 14-seat chef’s table, an extension of Chelsea flagship Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, to celebrate its 25th anniversary and its 22nd year maintaining three Michelin stars.

Below, on level 59, will be a branch of the chef’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar chain, serving afternoon tea and cocktails as part of the menu and also with panoramic views.

The Gordon Ramsay Academy will also open in the same building, where customers can hone their skills in a range of experiences from pasta-making to mixing cocktails, planned to appeal as social or corporate events.

WOKING ACADEMY

Now established amongst the finest cookery schools in the UK, and accredited by ICSA, the Independent Cookery Schools Association for their teaching standards and high levels of equipment, with a vast array of adult, children’s, and online classes, along with a team of skilled chefs and state-of-the-art kitchen facilities, it aims to inspire confidence and culinary creativity in everyone.

Gordon Ramsay is a world-renowned Michelin-starred chef, television personality, author, restaurateur, and entrepreneur and is deeply committed to sharing his passion for food. The Gordon Ramsay Academy embodies his vision of making cooking accessible to all, offering enjoyable, laid-back, and informative cooking classes for individuals of all ages and skill levels.

The Academy, founded on Gordon’s ethos, provides a hands-on experience in its multiple kitchens and spacious demonstration room. Participants can immerse themselves in cooking techniques, guided by experienced chefs. The demonstration room also hosts online classes and evenings of culinary inspiration, where guests can relax and indulge in delicious food while learning from experts.

With four fully equipped kitchens designed for home-style cooking, participants can unleash their creativity with various ingredients and recipes. The intimate setting allows for personalised attention from chefs, ensuring a supportive learning environment for all.

Beyond the practical sessions, The Academy boasts a cozy library filled with a diverse collection of cookbooks, curated to ignite culinary curiosity and exploration. Inspired by Gordon’s own affinity for recipe books, the library serves as a treasure trove of ideas and inspiration for budding chefs.

CLASSES

Classes range from brunch or evening (90 minutes), to half day (3 hours) and full day (5 hours). Standard (non-premium) classes are £65 for 90 minutes, £110 for 3 hours and £200 for 5 hours. Pricing is inclusive of ingredients, tuition, an Academy apron to wear in class, recipe pack to take away with you and refreshments (tea and coffee throughout the course and a drink with dining). All savoury classes include the option to dine during or after the class. Guests are invited to take home all of their creations with packaging offered to transport it home. Extensive Junior Chef classes are also hosted.
